I meant to post this Giveaway on the 1st......I really did.....but did anyone else have trouble getting back into their normal routine after the holidays??? I'm still just a little bit lost and out of sorts and can't remember what I'm supposed to be doing! But I'll figure it out eventually. Anyway, this month we're giving away a Hooterville Quilt Pattern. It's the most popular pattern we've ever had in the shop! Everyone loves those wide eyes owls!!!
And instead of having the Giveaway run for the whole month it's only going to be open for one week. I guess in the past I always wanted to give people plenty of time to enter.....but then I realized that there weren't many people entering the Giveaways after the first week. So, we'll make this one short and sweet. Just leave a comment to be entered to win. I'd love to hear what colors or fabrics you would want to use in the Hooterville quilt. to be honest, I think those owls would be cute to use on a quilt with fabric I purchased for a Halloween baby. (the fabric is called Trick or Treat by Riley Blake). She will be two years old this October 31st. :-)

That is just the cutest pattern! And I have a pair of pj bottoms that match perfectly, so I'd have to make the quilt with a violet background and yellow owls, red/white check owls, gray owls, and red owls! Cute, no?

I love that pattern! For a boy I would use aquas and browns and for a girl it would be bright pinks and greens and oranges.
That pattern is ADORABLE! I think I would make it using polka dots. I have a guild challenge to use pin dot fabric, and these owls would look so cute in dots!

I'd make this pattern for the new babies with fabrics to match their nurseries. It is too cute. A great pattern to keep on hand for the new arrivals.

I like the Blue posey with pink. I think little pink owle would be cute.
I think I would chose browns and greens and yellows and orange, and make it a "boyish" quilt. I always tend to make "girly" quilts to donate to our quilt group, who in turn bring them to children in local hospitals. This one would make a terrific quilt for a little guy. Thanks for the idea...

I love wise old owls! I would use a lot of blues (since I already have material left over from another quilt) and add some beiges, browns and a bit of red and yellow.
Reds and creams would be my colour of choice....but to be fair I have never, ever seen a red and cream owl!

The owls are "hooter"ific. I love the bright bold blues and offset with light grays.
